The path for trianing taekwondo is starting with a white belt, then a yellow belt, then a green belt, then a blue belt, then a red belt, then a balck belt. It is a life-long journey and does not stop with black belt.

Do – the path of life

In traditional taekwondo, there are 10 belt grades up to black belt, which are divided into 6 colours: white, yellow, green, blue, red and black.

Your path from white belt to black belt is completely individual. The important thing is that you stick with it and do something good for yourself with your training.

This inner attitude that you learn through training can be transferred to other areas of your life.
